Give your customers a trip wallet right after checkout.
One secure link in your booking confirmation. The customer clicks it and their trip is pre-filled. They upload or forward their tickets and documents into a shared offline wallet — ready for the day.
After checkout, your customers are on their own.
You've sold the ticket. They've got a confirmation PDF and a promise of an excellent experience. Between that email and the park gates, a lot goes wrong: tickets buried in old threads, parking booked separately, vouchers screenshot and forgotten, the family's first question from the car park being “who has the code?”
Most support contacts for ticket and leisure firms peak in the week before travel and on the day itself. Not because the product failed — because the customer couldn't find what they needed when they needed it.
Tickets split across email, WhatsApp, and screenshot folders. The right file is there. Just not findable at the gate.
Someone booked. The others are waiting on a forwarded PDF. Nobody has it offline when the signal drops.
"Can you resend the confirmation?" "What time does it start?" "Where do we park?" Answerable from the original booking — if it was all in one place.
How the partner Trip Pass works
Three steps. No booking-system connector required to pilot.
We provision the link
For a pilot, TripDeets creates a secure activation link for each booking, limited to one redemption. It carries the trip name, dates, destination, and your booking reference. You include the link in your standard booking confirmation email.
Customer activates
Your customer clicks the link, creates a TripDeets account (or signs in), and their trip is pre-filled. The TripDeets Trip Pass is activated for that trip — no payment required from the customer.
They travel with everything sorted
The customer uploads or forwards their documents into the trip wallet and shares it with their household. Everything is cached offline. Flight alerts, boarding passes, tickets, parking — all in one tap.
TripDeets generates pilot links through the internal POST /api/partner/trip-pass/generate admin endpoint from agreed booking metadata; admin credentials are not shared with partners. A self-service partner API would use separately scoped authentication. Each link contains a cryptographically random token, is limited to one redemption for a booking, and carries an expiry window. The raw token is never stored — only a SHA-256 hash — and a short-lived HMAC-signed cookie carries the flow after activation.
What the Trip Pass unlocks for your customer
Partner-funded trip features, included with their booking. AI, offline access, flight alerts, and document allowances follow the agreed partner offer.
Every booking, ticket, and document in one place. Customer uploads or forwards; TripDeets organises and displays it cleanly.
Customer invites their group. One wallet, shared access. Everyone on the trip has what they need, without anyone forwarding PDFs.
Documents are cached to the device. Works without signal — critical at park gates, ski lifts, car parks, and airport gates.
Forwarded booking emails and uploaded PDFs are read automatically — trip dates, booking refs, times, and instructions extracted and attached.
Watched flight segments get live status updates. Gate changes and delays arrive as push notifications, not as surprises.
The document allowance is configured for the partner offer, so the pilot can match the trip type while keeping fair-use limits clear.
Who this is built for
Any firm that sells ticket-heavy, document-heavy travel has customers who arrive without everything sorted.
You sell tens of thousands of Disney, Universal, or Legoland tickets a year. Your customer received a PDF, booked their own hotel and parking separately, and arrives at the gates hunting through email. A TripDeets link pre-fills the trip; the customer then uploads or forwards the ticket, hotel confirmation, and parking reference into a shared offline wallet.
Chalet accommodation, lift passes, ski hire vouchers, resort transfer, and travel insurance — your customers have at least five separate documents. The confirmation link pre-fills the trip, then the customer uploads or forwards those documents into the wallet. The whole chalet sees the shared documents from day one, not the WhatsApp group on Saturday morning.
Day-out packages combining entry tickets, meal deals, and transport. The bundle is good value. The document scatter is the friction point. A trip wallet holds the whole package and survives the gap between purchase and travel day.
One person organises; five or ten people need access on the day. Shared wallet via TripDeets means the organiser hands over access once, not repeatedly. Works for any size group using the household model.
Wholesale anchor: £5 per activated trip.
Your customer pays nothing.
The proposed billing unit is an activated trip — a customer who actually clicks the link, creates an account, and redeems the pass. The intent is to charge for customers who adopt the wallet, not for unclicked links or total booking volume. Final terms are set in the partner agreement.
You can market TripDeets inclusion to your customers as a free trip wallet included with their booking. TripDeets also offers a £9.99 consumer Trip Pass and a £39.99/year Premium Household subscription, but the partner-funded pass follows the features and fair-use allowances agreed for that partner offer.
